Reg Yarbrough

Reg began his career in Consumer Products working in retail outlets as a sales merchandiser for Wyeth Consumer Healthcare.   This foundation helped not only understand the categories and brands, but also the realities of retail.  After all … it all happens in the store!

Through the next several years with Wyeth (now a part of Haleon) Reg held leadership roles in Sales (Walmart Team Lead), U.S. Commercial Operations and as General Manager of the ThermaCare Brand.

Following Wyeth, Reg held COO responsibilities at Hisamitsu America including Sales and Commercial Operations. Later, while at Catalent Pharma Solutions, he was responsible for Global Business Development in the America’s and Europe leading multiple teams on 3 continents.

The entrepreneurial hit Reg while in the small company environment of Hisamitsu.   He went on to found The Consumer Products Group with the purpose of enabling clients to launch and grow their businesses by leveraging the experiences that he and his team accumulated over their careers.

Reg's is actively involved in supporting clients in their day-to-day business needs as well as supporting new clients in their exploration of retail launches.
